Third-Party Service Providers

To make the App work, we use third-party companies to facilitate our Service. The data pipeline for an SMS is as follows:

  1. The SMS is sent from your device to our backend infrastructure.
  2. Our backend infrastructure, hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the United States, processes the message in-memory.
  3. Our backend then relays the message to Mailgun (also hosted in the United States), which sends the final email to your inbox.
  4. Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) provided by Google.
  5. Manages in-app purchase receipts from Apple and provides us with the status of your subscription entitlements throught Qonversion subscriptions provider.

These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf. They are obligated by their own policies not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

All data transmission between the App, our backend, and third-party services is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems or your information.

Please note that requesting the deletion of your account will result in the immediate and irreversible loss of access to the Service, including any active subscription, without a right to a refund.
